d8af5f1ee4 (NewLangInitCookie): Remember old theme 
parameters, taking care to separate normal values from language
values (exactly two letters).
(NewLangGetNearLinksUsed): New hidden parameter so that we know
when no languages are set.

wiki, log in as administrator and use a global search and replace.
Search for the old markup using a backslash: \[\[\[ and \]\]\].
