a6586078ba Run with -w. 
(GetPageOrEditLink): Reworked usage of ResolveId.
(BrowseResolvedPage): Reworked usage of ResolveId.
(DoEdit): Copy newText to oldText earlier when previewing so that
preview works even when the old version is a file.

d8af5f1ee4 (NewLangInitCookie): Remember old theme 
parameters, taking care to separate normal values from language
values (exactly two letters).
