alex-2015.css: switched fonts ...
Removed the @font-face rules that downloaded Noticia Text and Symbola
from the net. This was slowing down access from old mobile phones.
Instead, I'm now using a font-family of "Palatino Linotype", "Book
Antiqua", Palatino, serif.
