d69870e9e6 (TablesLongRule): Fix bug that prevented 
second table from not showing up if its labels were different.
Also fix bug with empty p element.  Also fix bug with unnecessary
colspan="2" in the last column.

139dca292f (TablesLongRule): Handle newlines 
correctly: avoid duplicating them.
(TablesLongRow): Get the label-count right, avoid colspan=2 for
the last column.
