a8c7dd0a97 Get rid of $NamespacesInit. 
(NamespacesInitVariables): Get rid of various Init() calls because
they are all handled in ReInit(). Reset @IndexList so that
AllPagesList will actually do something.

the date is retrieved from the date in the header. Instead, the
date of the last major edit is used.
