95% value is arbitrary, maybe we can use calc() from CSS4 or provide a better
size for the surrounding container, hm.

Fix the statix-copy test after the CSS change

The change of the default CSS file caused a test to fail. In order to
fix the test, the new CSS file has to be installed as
http://www.oddmuse.org/default.css .
